 Conceptualizing content

On conceptualizing the content , we agree to the Stern’s concept that is conceptualized the content related to three things that are language, learning and the learner anbd the social context.

Focus on language

Linguistics Skills	Situations
Prononciation, grammar and vocabulary Intonation, verb tenses, etc	The contexts in which language is used At the hospital, canteen, office, etc.
Topics/themes	Communicative Functions
What the language is used to talk about Family relations, health, cleanliness, etc.	What the language is used for Expressing greeting, agreement, making an appoinment, tenses, etc.
Competencies	Tasks
Language and behavior to perform tasks greet to the patients and familie’s patients, talking with peers, etc.	What you accomplish with the language Offering something to the patients and their families.
Content	Speaking
Subject matter other than language science, medical, health	Oral skills Good pronounciation on speaking english
Listening	Reading
